Whew I thought it was an angry boyfriend of my ex girlfriend.  No message just caller I D J Rico.

called at 5:49 PM - i no longer answer if I don't recognize the number.

Fraternal order of police officers, scam, they have always had caller I.D,

I got the call that showed up from Rico, J.  Unfortunately they hung up after 3 rings, I hope to answer more quickly next time to talk with them to find out where he is from and where they have actually sent donations to so I can verify his story first before donating.  :)

they called.  we were not home.  no message. I now do not answer calls I don't recognize.
