My mother got a call saying she had won $550,000. She needed to go to either a Wal-Mart, CVS or Rite Aid and sign a voucher for identification purposes. She called me with his name and telephone number. I called him back. He identified himself as Michael Williams. He said she had won the Pick 4 from the California Lottery. Don't know how exactly she was able to get a Pick 4 California Lottery ticket but I then asked him if there was a fee involved. He said no. I asked him if they were going to ask for a bank account or credit card number. He said no. He said he would call her to let her know when the voucher would be ready. I told him to call me. He said he would. So far neither of us have heard from him. I think since I was asking questions, he felt I figured it was a scam and he wouldn't be getting any money.
