Call was supposedly sent from the department of crime and investigation, said officer was a Allan Jones, who spoke with an indian accent. Said I owed a payday loan and I would be arrested within hours if I did not pay, the sheriff would be at my door, gave me a phony claim number and wanted cash, I told him I had no money to pay and he said we could work out a payment plan. He then said he would send me a email, detailing who to make the money order out to and when to pay. After I hung up from this person I checked this number and then called my attorney and they told me not to do anything...this was a definite scam...they will be handling this alleged scam from this point on.
