I got a call from this number and caller id was blocked, it just came up as "Out Of Area". Whoever it was did not leave a message but stayed on the line. I could hear them so this wasn't a robocall. Reverse trace came up as Los Angeles, CA somewhere downtown near 1st St. and Main St. on a landline from AT&T California. This is definitely a scam caller using a spoofed number or a voip call. Same old scammers with a new number. You block one, they come right back with another one. Our best defense against these parasites is a good call blocker. Mine blocks whole area codes, including this one. Life is good again.

(323) 296-7664 Primary Phone: (323) 294-4772 according to Yellow Pages. This m,ay be a chain. Googling the address, I don't see a smog check business.
My cid came up withe a 'V' number which is a dead give away for a telemarketer.
