These are total scammers. The woman who calls from this number says her name is Erica Saunders. They work with a bunch of fake non-profits namely the "National Center for Disadvantaged Workers" and "Disabled Veterans of America" and say you owe money. If you pay, not only do they take that as a sign to keep calling, they will take the band number from your check and write fake checks. It's happened to an elderly relative of mine. I believe the leader is named Charles Armstrong or Alexander
