called me saying I refused to sign legal documents... what kind of BS is this

Came to my job this is unacceptable i got in trouble with my manager

Told me that I had to call immediately to avoid any legal action.  Said that they had a refusal to sign legal documents.  Gave me two hours to call them and pay for their services and left a claim number.  Comes in with No Caller ID
