Instead of asking her when she is probably as clueless as you, you should read the post right there above yours. Never, ever set up payment arrangements with a debt collector without first making them follow the letter of the law. they will try to scare you into paying. this is called extortion.
Now, you have all the information you need to educate yourself and keep from becoming the vicitm of a crime. Use it.
