Who called from 3233064073

It took me saying "hello" 3 times before someone responded pretending to be a follow-up on a prior call to do repairs on the house I do not have.  But they tricked me by calling from a local number (I usually don't answer out of area non-contacts).

A man pretending to be a follow-up on a prior call to do repairs on the house.  I told him I live in a apartment and he hung up.  I tried ti call back and got a recording.

Called 12:34PM 3/31/2016 knew one of our names, when I declined to tell him who I was and asked who was calling, this guy got angry and really rude.

Took me 3 times saying 'hello' before they asked me my name, to which I said 'yes'... then they immediately hung up.

keeps calling, and not saying anything. when I call back, it tells me the number is disconnected. how do I make this stop?!
