Caller asked for my husband by name, I told the guy he wasn't available and who was calling, he said it was a
cable company. I told him we where not interested, and not to call again. Then I hung up!!

Unknown Name" in all caps on CID. Spanish speaking male calling to sell Dish Network sat tv. Said he was from "Cablevision TV."

Received a call from this number earlier today, caller ID just said "Los Angeles". A man left a message saying "Hello?" then hung up.

This is shady someone called with a Spanish accent asked for me by name and and said who? And he hung up.

They called and hung up.  When called back the number it's been disconnected?
