Picked up this call only because the caller id didn't show who it was and we are expecting an important call. "sarah" gave her name. I said, "i don't know you." she launched into a pitch about medicare coverage. I interrupted to say "do not call this number ever again," but she just went right on. Maybe a recorded message? Anyway, 323-310-0630 is blocked on our phone again and has been reported to ftc's dnc again. After the call, the caller id list said the caller was med4everyone. We have reported this "company" to ftc's dnc at least a dozen times--each calling from a different phone number. Why doesn't ftc take some action against these people? This call has moved me from frustrated to furious, because ftc has allowed us to be abused and fooled.

Better to make a complaint to your state attorney gernaral's complaint line on internet. add the above link and the attorney general office can see multiple complaints against this number! It's obvious that the FTC is powerless to respond to this silly Congressional mandate.

being on the dnc means nothing. add the above link to a complaint on line with your state attorney general's office.
then that office can see the multiple complaints.
I did that for Conn's Home furnishings. Based in San Antonio, their collection agent kept calling, multiple times per day, to the point that I called the local police department detective. When the State Attorney General saw that, I was politely advised that I have grounds for a harrassment lawsuit.
The person Conn's kept asking for has never lived here.
