Their are about 3-4 different foreigners that call from or answer this phone. Did you know they are the US government and I have been approved for a grant from 2,000-25,000 I just need to give them a one time fee 3.87 to process my paperwork and information. I asked the government is giving me a grant and you work for what part of the government giving me the grant. Replies, state of Oklahoma and I continue to ask questions he couldn't answer. I would say I was more harassing him. I keep calling and demanding my money from the government and since I've been approved the government has all my information if I received approval. I demand the # to the entity in the State of Oklahoma to call so I could get my money. They were tired of me harassing them they gave me a customer service# and a male American answered the phone. I told him if his company wants to make money the need to be smarter because they are idiots. I verified that this 3.87 to go to website to log in with info they provide me was approving them to charge my credit card monthly for a membership. He said yes and the service they provide is giving access to websites for grants and scholarships where you would fill out the application. At least he wasn't an idiot and told the truth.
I received a call from a man with a very thick accent asking me if I wanted grant money from $5,000 to $60,000. I could not understand what he was saying. He said I had signed up for it. I don't recall doing that. He called me at work and asked for me by name. When I asked to speak with someone that I could understand he gave me the name of Carl at US Financial Services. Seems like a scam.
I also received the same phone call. Not sure if it was for real or not. He said his name was Vin and he was very hard to understand. He did not say where he was calling from and when I didn't give him my CC number he stated he wouldn't risk his business for $3.98. I told him I didn't feel comfortable about it and asked him to send a bill and he told me to call back when I made a decision. Didn't get a good vibe and didn't buy into it.
I received the same call today telling me that I qualified for a government grant between 5 and 60K. Quite honestly it sounds like a scam I did not provide any bank account information for the $3.87 that was requested. I spoke with Alex who had a very strong accent and could not answer any of my questions. It seems as though they try their luck with people and vulnerable and naive people fall for it. Not me! People be smart, if it sounds to good to be true then it probably is!
