Got a call from this person saying they knew my account details and that I had underpaid my credit card. I normally would think this is a scam but I had recently accidentally underpaid my credit card by a few dollars. The number comes up as "CA Cell Phone", ignore them and do what I did. Tell them you won't give out any personal information over the phone and if you truly did underpay or have some problems with your bank account you will deal with it on-line or at the bank. By the way my bank is Bank of America. I reported this to them in a long email saying I thought this was highly unprofessional and that I would move my account to another bank if it ever happened again. I think they really do work as an account collection agency because BoA sent me a long apology letter. Seriously, what bank would call you from a cell phone and ask for personal information? Amateur.
