This person called himself Bryan and had a listing on Craig's List claiming he was the owner of the property who wanted to rent out the house for the weekend. This is a complete scam artist, he asks you to make a payment into a fake Paypal account, says he'll provide a sales recipe and contract once you've made payment. If you ever see this phone number 323-364-1981 run away its a scam; DO NOT TRUST him. He posts pictures of the house he found on line, but he cannot be trusted.
I first became cautious when he wouldn't contact me by phone, all he would do is email and text me finding reasons to stay off the phone like he's working or etc…..
