I received a call today from a indian man named brad and he sadi he was from Davdi Harrison Legal Services. he said I was being sued for check fraud adn severla aither things for Cash Advance America. He told me cops would be coming to my home or my work. he had my ss#, Name adn email address along with my home address. I am very nervous about this. he stated that I had gotten a cash advance and then they went to take their payment and they had nothing in the bank account!! What is the bes tthing to do at thsi point I think I'm calling an attorney1
I recieved a call from this man claiming to be an attorney. I have no idea how he got my address or the last 4 digits of my social. He claimed I took a cash advance. I told him I have never taken a cash advance from anyone. He told me that the authorities will be coming to my house to arrest me. I was shook up at first, then realized that he was using a scare tactic. A friend told me no one can sue you without some sort of proof and if there was a problem, they would have sent you something in writing.
I just got the exct same call and accusations. I tried calling back and it was busy for a while. They had my name and phone number but my grandmothers mailing address. I checked with my grandma and she didn't get a call or take out a laon.
When I questioned the information they hung up on me.
Being that so many people have gotten the same call and said we did the same thing, it's a scam.
