Called my cell twice in an hour, and hung up the first and only time I answered. What could they possibly want from me? I'm definitely not a senior citizen, nor do I live in California. I'm on the east coast!
Received a call on 10/08/2014 at 11:35 AM. Robo voice on voice mail talks about saving money on household living expenses but then says, "the entire alert system and $3,000 gift certificate is free of charge. Again, press 1 now to verify your shipping address; press 5 to notify your provider you have refused the shipment."
This was a recorded message seemingly preying on the concerns of senior citizens. I pressed "1" to be connected to a customer service representative and spoke to "Mario". I asked him for the name of the company and a phone number that I could reach it at. He gave me the name of the company as "Better Life Systems" but would not give me a company phone number. We went back and forth for a while and he ultimately hung up on me when I told him that my phone number is registered on the "Do Not Call List".
