Some call about how I must urgently act to lower my interest rates.

Sounds like an identity theft phishing expedition to me.

Area Code and Exchange are in Los Angeles County, but those can be spoofed.

It rang twice, by the time I got to it they had hung up. I called back and recieved a recording asking me if I would like to remove my number. So we will see if they actually do.

I get calls from this number occasionally.. I do not answer, and they do not leave a message. I receive many strange calls, since purchasing an automobile. =/
