I just received a very firm and loud voice message on my cell phone from Ruby Gardner stating she needs me to call her this morning to discuss a serious legal issue, she claimed to be with "the legal offices of Scott & Associates"! The funny thing about it is they are calling the wrong number and have been for over a month! This is the 5th time I call to let them know and they continue to call... What do I need to do? I have a refurbished number and I guess that is why they keep calling for maybe the previous owner of the number but it's really becoming irritating especially because I have talked to them about having the wrong number!

Please be very careful with this caller, they sound very malicious
Called us and claimed to be from Scott & Associates. Same number, same Ruby person, refused to discuss their firm or their claim. Used the same case number even!!! Asked to speak to her supervisor, she put us on hold, then said "Paul" would be right on the phone. Ruby comes back as "Paul" with a deeper voice--same person!!!
Watch out, these people are really scum.....We're calling Oxford now....
