The heavy accent of the caller sounded Asian the first time he said his name was( J.Collin) IRM # 757802. The next guy spoke better English but was still heavily accented they threatened me by saying if I didn't pay immediately Federal authorities will be on my door steps in 45 minutes or less. They said I owed back taxes from the past five years.
