recording claiming to be an office from the internal revenue service.  when you call back, it rings about 10 times and they actually answer, "Internal Revenue Service".  Really?  Do people really fall for this?  THE IRS does not call you and if they did, they would have an 800 number, not 323 from Irvine, California.
