Do not send them money. Do not send any personal information to them. They will take your money gram and never respond to you again.

It is a complete scam. These people do not own any rental properties. They will not send you a key and you will be out of all the money you've sent them. Do not send any money or personal information to this number or email. Do not send any money to anyone out of state trying to convince you that they own local rental properties.
