This number has called my cell numerous times and never leaves a message. I am on all available FTC Do Not Call lists but am getting more calls as sales people seem to realize there is no enforcement of DNC
Just received a call for the first time on my cell phone while I was driving and I had my young Neice answer it for me. She was careful about giving out information when the male caller asked for my wife by name, saying she was not here and be back home in a few hours. Since caller did not leave a name I could tell my Neice was being pressured into something, I told her I am cannot take the call and told her to say thank you for calling. When I got home, I Googled the number and found this site. Thank you for all those who submitted the additional information on this caller.
For this help, I am going to list what I have done years ago when I kept getting robot calls for carpet cleaning and credit card debt consolidation, maybe if you have the time, you can research it further for your own use....
Since I had put this into action so long ago, my telemarket calls have dwindled down to very rare occassions which is why I google this 323-669-8528 number to see who it was.
I signed up with a web based cell phone answering service (FREE) to handle all of my incoming cell calls when I cannot answer them, especially when I am driving. They are called "YouMail.com" and you enter your transfer codes directly on the cellphone to stop using your cellphone company's voice mail. I did this to save my minutes originally back then but found that YouMail has personalized greetings based on Caller IDs. Anything without a Caller ID went directly to a greeting that says "This Number does NOT accept blocked caller IDs." Then, anyone I personally know would be greeted BY THEIR NAME and a personal message greeting (targeted for them and no one else) from me... followed by a "beep!" They have a "Ditch Caller" function that plays different greetings such as the phone company's operator voice saying the number you have called is no longer in service, etc., followed by the very loud triple tones you would actually hear when you really do call a disconnected number.
Now! For the calls that came to me on my landline, I simply forwarded all calls to my cellphone and they went to the YouMail.com to be handled properly. It took me some time to get this organized but now that it is already setup the way I wanted, I have now added the 323-669-8528 with the name of HC Improvements along with 425-406-9047; 323-235-1915; 323-284-4793; 323-252-3159; and 323-546-7397 showing ARI Construction as posted by the others who took the time to share their information.
I hope this helps in combating those who will not honor the DNC listings with the FCC.
Received a call from this number. No identification. Just a message to "do the right thing"(whatever that means). You could hear in the background that it is some type of boiler room. I called the number and the message says it is no longer in service.
