At first, I received a call from a Private number. He is an African-American male with a deep voice. He told me to call 323-736-2640 in the next 2 hours or that I will be sued. I called immediately, freaking the hell out! I called and a man answered on the 2nd ring. He said I'm being sued in a small claims court, and told me that his name is Michael. The caller had my first name and my maiden name, social security number, and date of birth. This is a scam people. Take precautionary steps to protect your identity!! Don't acknowledge any information and hang up IMMEDIATELY!!
I got a message stating they were from ACS and trying to delivery legal documents and someone refused to sign documents on my behalf and to avoid further legal issues I had two hours to call
I got a private call. They left a message. They where looking for someone else. They left a message to return the call to at 323-736-2640. I called back it hadn't been the first time they had called my number. The guy that answered identify him self as Michael and said it was a law firm try to deliver papers to someone. But I looked up the name of the law firm and didn't find any law firm by that name. He claimed he was removing my number from the list. Let's see.
