I called it back and it was some company saying I needed my house remodeled...scammer...

It had called me too 20x no voicemail  was left and I tried calling it back around 9 pm it doesn't events as if incoming calls had been blocked

Multiple calls. Too many numbers so I do not answer.

This is harassing this guy is creepy

Yes, its a sales call. If u want him to never call again, Answer It! Tell him u rent, and have no authority to do a remodel where you live, so to remove your # from the call list. It worked for me.
