This appears to be a company called Litigation Support Services and masquerading as representing attorneys seeking to satisfy a debt collection and telling you that the debt is in litigation, claiming they have your signature on a document and that you have 24 hours to postpone them filing it in court. They're also strangely vague about not being able to provide you with a lick of proof and tell you that you don't have to because its in "litigation." Highly suspicious. They also threaten you with the "we will get the judgement." I'm not so sure. I pulled up my credit report and there's nothing about a debt from 2006 that hasn't already been relinquished or is closed and none showing the amount they're asking for.

I've received 4 different voicemails from this number. The guys name is Daryl Mayson. Every voice message was different, different name of the company and different call back number. Says he wants to verify that someone will be at my home 18 or older to receive legal documents. It's a scam . Also the new number is 818-925-8517. They will probably keep changing their number to avoid people finding out its a scam! I'm going to ignore them from now on.
An individual names Karen Gier called my aunts home threatening her about a debt that belongs to a relative. The name on the called ID was Litigation Services (323) 300-5792 ext 221. She was aking for social security number and saying they came to the house with a warrant but no one was home. They also gave her a phony court docket number. In all they pretty much spooked her and I'm glad she didn't give out any information. I hope to answer the phone and give them an "ear full". Shameful tactics these people use
