sales calls and deceitful sales manipulation

A female caller from (323) 833-1154 asked me if I was (name) and said she wanted to mail something.

Who is this? How did you get my phone #?!

She said "Scientology Mailing Department"

Why calling?  She pretended to know someone I know.

She lied about getting private cell # from someone who did NOT give it to them. Was asking personal questions. Deceitful and manipulative.

Some "religion" huh?!?

Want to add that it is individuals who are running the Corporation Scientology that give it a bad name ...

The lady calling did not even introduce herself. She was asking very controlling questions.  SNEAKY is the word!  

I'm all for spiritual practices.  The actual philosophy does not advocate people to use Scientology to con others!  She ied about someone I know.

But that has to be the business manager spin on it!  So I'm making a distinction between people selling "Scientology" like these phone calls from (323) 833-1154 and what the actual, real beliefs may be.
