They call saying they are the IRS and want all my information............. I do believe the IRS calls from a 800 or 855 number

Said irs had a law suit against me i believe they send you a certified letter if they want you

I recieved a call and a message from this number today, saying final notice the IRS is suing you. Looked the number up and says scam

They have a voice recording saying they are the IRS and there is a lawsuit filed against me ha ha ha I have been in touch with the IRS and this is a scam

They ask to call back...  Ehm...No F. Way!!
They can and will "dry"...
WHY is this possible?
