I cannot believe that this could be legal.
It's spam.
Through text messages.
How low.
Unsolicited text message: "Lowerpaymnt.net Is your mortgage too expensive? Our Loan Modification programs can lower your payments immediately. May we please give you a call?"
I searched for the website and found only a complaint posting for a different phone number (714-271-7478).
