Yesterday ( 12.02.2015 ), I found the caller ,The caller, PREFFERD PHYSI was sending its FAX, this early morning I tried to FAX them " Do not FAX, please !." I found the number , 323-525-0166 used on 12.02.2015 still working. The FAX went through.

The caller, PREFFERD PHYSI ( displayed as ID on our phone. ) , called us @ 23:42, 11.23.2015 while I was asleep. It called again @ 05;48, 11.24,2015. I returned the call hiding our number, the line was busy day & night.

I returned the call hiding my number @ 06.02 & 06:04, A.M., 11.24.2015, finally the line was open, it rung 6 or 7 ties , then went to Fax machine & turned me off .
New number , same ID , 323-525-0166, tried to FAX to us.

New Fax ID ( Private caller ), no number.
The caller, last 2 months, used 323-934-3016 to Fax. Last week, this number was disconnected, new number 323-525-0116 was used to Fax to us about 5 times, even my Fas was off line. Last night, it used Private caller & no number displayed on our phone.
