This number called my house looking for my parents. When I relayed the message that all work on the house had been done and they were not interested in talking with them, I had the following dialogue with Sean (the guy on the phone): Me: I double checked and was asked to tell you that all work has been done and we are not interested. Sean: Put him on the phone. Me: Excuse me?! Sean: Maybe you don't understand english. At which point he began speaking to me in French! I was in shock, to say the least. As he spoke, I told him to remove our number from their call list and to never call again. Then I hung up!!
These people from Quality Construction continued to call my home phone about 20 times a day/everyday. I told them we were not interested but they would not leave us alone. My frustration level got to the point where I said "take your $5.00 an hour telemarketing job and call someone else because we are not interested and then I hung up on them. That did not stop them from continuing the calls. The man on the other line left my home a voicemail message and called me "a rude [***]" and said I "owed him an apology" and "we know all of your information, your address, all of it Mrs. *^%&%". I am appalled with the business practices of "Quality Construction". They are lucky Im not the [***] they said I am, because if I was, I'd take their recorded harassment and threats and report them to the authorities.
Quality Construction also called me this morning & left my line open for about 35 seconds without saying anything into the answer machine.
I spoke to someone yesterday from the phone. # 323-177-4779 ...claiming to be Quality Construction Their License # is 194203 .... I hope that this helps to report the rude workers.

Didn't leave message, but I think I may have had dealings with them in the past. Shows up as home center on my caller ID. Have had extensive work done on house and do not intend to do more, therefore, not answering any calls that even smell vaguely of construction or cannot identify themselves. Fed up with private caller, caller blocked, nothing shown to identify caller.
