When I returned the call, it is not in service. According www.800notes.com. abouve many people reported this unwanted number since 12/04/2014. I reported to www.donotcall.gov.

Received a call today, Dec. 9, 2014 at 9:45 a.m. Didn't recognize the caller ID so I said nothing when I picked up. THEN, a mecanical voice came on and said, "This is Nicole. Are you still there ?" When I said nothing it disconnected.
Keep calling. It hangs up for answering machine. I did answer once and automated message said a particular service would be in my area,it transferred me to a person that sounded like a North American scam artist . I all ready have God, 4 dogs, and guns 4 protection, what more can they supply? I took up a lot of their time and told them about my current security system, and they hung up! May try keeping them a little longer next time, if they call back!
