Received call - no one there - called it back - recording said it was an invalid number

Received call from this 330-100-1000 but did not answer.  No voice mail was left.

Got this call today. Did not answer it. Don't answer numbers I don't know. Will be blocking.

Got this on my cell phone today... no clue.. will be blocking

Number was calling to lower my credit card interest rate. I don't have any credit cards. I was cordial with them the entire call. The man who called ended the call by saying "go [***] yourself" and hung up.
