We received a call from, "Name Unavailabl," at this alleged number at 1:49 PM EDT on 10/05/2016.  The phone rang four times, and the caller hung up before the answering machine picked up.  Since the caller left no message, I can't say the nature of the call.

It should ne noted that the format of this number, with 141 for the telephone exchange part of the number is normally not valid under the North America Number Plan.  The left digit of exchanges is normally 2 through 9, as the digit 1 as first dialed digit is normally reserved as a lead-off to trigger parsing of the rmainder of the digits to as a long distance connection.  Even though it is passe in these days of dialing all North American calls as 10 digit numbers, I believe the NANP rule of exchanges starting digit being only 2- 9 still applies.  Oddly, this call escaped blocking even though I use a blocking service on my phone line.

It is almost certain this caller ID informstion is spoofed and equally certain the content of the call, if answered, would be deceptive.  If you see a number in the above format on your caller ID display, it is a tip to let it ring without answering, or to let the call roll over to your answering machine.
