I was getting text messages on my cell from this number, but I keyed in STOP and so far they have stopped.  Text states "Are you having a hard time paying your mortgage?Do you need help restructuring your mortgage to get a lower payment?As low as 2% Interest rate!If so reply HELP"  I don't even have a mortgage.
