At 8:19pm Central Time on Feb 13, 2011, from 330-217-3858 I received the following
Cell phone SMS SPAM Message:
"Are you having a hard time paying your mortgage?Do you need help restructuring
your mortgage to get a lower payment?As low as 2% Interest rate!If so reply HELP
It came directly from 330-217-3858 - with NO option to "reply STOP" - which makes it illegal.
