Hung up on them - another scam! I report to DoNotCall.gov all of the time and haven't heard from, nor do I actually think they do anything with my complaints. DoNOtCall.gov has no problem stopping legal calls, but cannot , or will not stop unwanted, illegal calls.
Seems another boilerplate scam, random call. Called on my state & local do-not-call listed number (as if that does anything!). They're not an 800 number, even a spoofed one, so they have no legal basis for intruding via phone on anyone's peace and privacy. Might be a spoofed number, as so few reports have been made. Sure wish there was a tech-solution to permanently end spoofed numbers and have digital documents of such criminal scams as this. Reporting & blocking...
