they would call and call but one day i answered because i was home the guy was so rud he wouldn't tell me his name or where he was calling for he told me he was calling about a dept and the call was being recorded .. they refused my monthly payment offer and asked many questions that were inappropriate then when i insisted on his name he ignored the question and then hung up on me.
oh and also i tryed calling the number back and not even a ring just a busy signal and at times dead air like the call couldn't go through. whats up with that? i found a bill for the last time i got somthing from this debt and tryed calling about it, just v-mail saying please leave a message ... if you wont tell me who you are i will not pay you money come on now a days we have to know where money is going and who has what info .... i'm not a fool i don't have much but please im not going to give important info like account stuff to a shady collection agency.
the company may be associated recovery system a division of ARS national service inc. 1-800-274-3582 but im not too shure since they wouldn't tell me who they were.
told my husband they were looking for me, and it was a very important legal matter, wouldn't give any other details, she told him it was a wrong address...I could have washed his mouth out with soap for giving out my address!!!!!!!!!!!
