They keep asking me about my Dayton Power and Light bill, and ask if I would like to switch to a new service that can provide lower rates. They call me 3 or more times a day asking me to switch, and when I ask what the company name is, they hang up. Caller ID shows up "NAPG". I've asked these people to stop calling me and they never do. Whatever they are trying to sell me, must be very important to them
I've had the same place call me too. I've told them 10 times to take me off there list and I told them I was on a do not call list to but they told me that I wasn't. The next time they called I asked for there name but the girl wouldn't give it to me so I asked to speak to her supervisor but she said that there wasn't one their so I told her that I would have my attorney to call them for me and she was like hold on I have a supervisor right her. I got the supervisors name and she said she would add me to the do not call list right then but I was supposed to have already been on it because I asked them a month ago to stop call me. They wouldn't leave messages before on my answering machine but they are leaving them now. Can I have the number blocked through my phone company? Or is there anything else I could do?
I Get a call from this number 2 times a day saying they can lower my electric bill. I've told them I'm not interested and stop calling. They still call.Caller ID comes up akron Ohio.
