How are you today?". I answered that they had reached a business selling lumber and would they be interested in purchasing any today? They hung up.....(I can't imagine why)
So, you waste your day calling numbers like this back? Says a lot about you. Me? I don't bother answering numbers I don't recognize. Further, since I have a fax machine, if I'm next to it when the phone rings, and I don't recognize the number, sometimes I'll hit "accept" on the fax machine, and it will kick in and the caller hangs up when they hear the fax tone. But most of the time, I don't bother. It's not worth spending all my time on. I have better things to do. Plus, I just go into my fax machine and add the number to my block list. Then, if they call again, the fax machine automatically kicks in and disconnects the call. What could be simpler? Then I don't get mad like you are, and sit there and waste my time calling numbers back to talk to rude people. Who needs that? Not me!
