When I asked him if we had done business together before in the past 3 years, as would be required, if initiating a telephone call, he stumbled, but then said "Yes."
I pointed out to him that starting off a potential business relationship with a lie wasn't a good idea.
Just called today (2/6/15) at 11:25AM. Caller ID had "Akron OH". Message left was former "busy signal" (guessing that's a robo call). First call from this number. Another scam. I noticed someone else commented above that they are keeping a log...so am I. Started keeping it since 2010 when these calls got to be too numerous, to the point of harassment. In 2014 alone, we received a total of 248 of these unwanted calls. You'd think that there could be something done by now to stop these unwanted calls. I realize DNC will only work for legitimate businesses, not scams. I no longer answer the phone unless it's someone I know. If it's important or someone trying to reach us, then they'll usually leave a message.
