They call 2-3 times each day at my work with their "urgent" need to go over the gas bill. They always use "Dominion" to get your attention and state that they can lower your bill.
Received a call for my company's Columbia Gas account saying it was urgent, when I called back with the extension provided this person wasn't available. My company has a Columbia Gas rep who is not aware of any issue with our account.
Same Call: (330) 238 - 4530, Tonya extension '41'. Have had 12 calls in a month telling me it is urgent to have my Dominion East Ohio Gas bill in my hand, that 'adjustments need to be made'. While the caller leaves a message, the 30 second 'beep' sound is going off in the background indicating the recording of the call. So far, my answering machine has screened all these calls. I wrote an email to Dominion and they indicated it is a firm trying to get me to switch gas suppliers - but the company name is never left in the message.
