called back and it's busy

Number called and left no message. No idea who it is.

i answered the call and it hangs up after 3 secs.  Call back and its busy.  This has happened several times and is very annoying

Calls and hangs up.  Unable to reach them when calling back.

Add a 1 before the area code when returning the call to connect. A recorded message tells you all their reps are busy and you are placed on hold. I didn't wait for a rep. I assume it is some sort of marketing call.
