Received a message from Julia Henderson that my name and social security number may be involved in fraudulent activity, and I need to call her to get further details on this time-sensitive legal matter. It's urgent I call her immediately. Do I smell another scam?? Please respond to this if you have received the same message.
Same here guys!! This call falls on the heals of another scammer saying that I was a documented call on record and that I was hereby notified that they either need to speak to me or my attorney about an ongoing investigation, and in the event that they do not speak with me today that they will document that I have waved my rights to counsel and that they will submit the file to the state that I currently live in and reside. They asked for a return call at 740-475-0483 or 216-438-2304. I got two calls saying the exact same thing, and giving one of those numbers. The interesting thing is those numbers and the one we are talking about come from the same area in Ohio! I have a feeling that they got my number from a collection company that lost their claim on me. It's just weird!

Hey, Julia called me as well! She sure is making the rounds... "This is an urgent matter that does require your immediate attention." How many calls have you ever received regarding fraud or monies owed? They tend to tell you who they are... why they're calling... and maybe even a case number. Can't imagine that they would start the call "my office has been assigned to rectify this case"... uh, what office might that be, huh? Yeah. I've blocked three of these clowns already. Couple of years ago, was called and told that I was being evicted for failing to pay a debt... having worked in housing court for 10 years, I asked a few simple questions that the guy couldn't answer... got him so riled up he threatened to beat me up. My job was done. They never called back.
