Received at least two calls from this business; seeing this pop up in Caller ID made it seem suspicious, so we didn't pick up.

Suspect it to be a sales call of some kind, probably for home water filtration systems.

Also received a call from 330-245-0078, also from General Ionics.

Yes, this company is a complete ripoff. It's general ionics water of Akron, OH. The guy comes, does his presentation, and won't leave. Then, you are supposed to get a gas coupon for $100. Never happened. I followed all instructions carefully. That was July, I'm still waiting. The guy will not leave, I finally had to throw him out. Literally.
