All you need to do is call the corporate office and request them to stop and they will take care of it. They were actually nice and apologetic for what it is worth.
Prostarts is anolther sleeze-ball telemarketer using statistical dialers contracted by local newspaper to get you to renew your subscription. Statistical dialers should be outlawed because if someone else answers first, they hang up before you can answer and later try again until they make contact. It keeps the telemarketer staff on the phone most of the time and your phone ringing. In my case the newspaper is the Belleville Mullet Wrapper in Belleville IL.
