They say that they are calling to submit a suite in your state against you and they need to talk with you about the case. I was angry I have no law suits and she said there is no reason to get upset let her get the hard copy - put me on hold and never came back to the phone- I blocked them!! Scammers-
These people are scammers. However I was able to get this info out of them. They claim to be Anderson & Burke Mediation 203 West Main Street suite 303, Grand Prairie, TX 75050.
Since I controlled the call, I was hung-up on repeatedly.
One suggestion is to make them aware you are recording the call for your protection. They will hang-up immediately. Lol
I received a call from this number as well, four tines in the last 2 days. I finally decided to call back, when I called, a woman answered and said, "yes, can I help you"?....Immediately, that's a red flag, if it is a place of business, she should have introduced herself with the company she's representing....secondly, she was extremely rude by yelling at me to give her my personal information because I'm being sued, which is a lie. They also leave voicemails but never say my name, this is a fraud and scam!
I received 2 calls from this number stating that they were calling from the Child Protective agency and if I did not return their call I would need to contact my Attorney. When I called they kept switching me to different people and the last person said she was Cynthia Johnson and she represented a the company that I owed money.to...including check fraud to an online company called Cash Central. She could not tell me how much was owed nor send ,fax or email me any information about this.. I told her I need to know what the Stated a Magistrate would be calling me back. I told her lets me go to the Magistrates at the Police Department now to handle this. Cynthia Johnson said let them call you back and before she hung up I asked again what her name was and she respond this time Cynthia Jones(Different last name).
I received two calls,leaving messages,to inform me that some type of action was being brought against me...I returned the calls and informed them that I was working with TBI fraud,I have friends there,and that my telephone number had been given to them to investigate for harassing calls...I don't know what they are all about,but I feel that they are scammers...
