I called the number left and got an answering machine. This is the message I left. I told them I was Investigator and Special Agent Duncan Worrell, a 'Congressional Investigator' contacting them about an ongoing investigation into their business operations due to multiple citizen criminal complaints filed against the business and certain persons of interest to the investigation being conducted by the Second Federal District Court. I further told them they must contact the FBI central office Investigative Unit in DC before next Friday and refer to case # 330-277-4098; and that they should alert their legal representatives to file with the court for case clarification and the dates of the intended FBI field investigative visit to execute search warrants to secure all business records on their already known premises and any off site storage facilities they control. Unless a licensed Process Server arrives at your door and places legal documents into your hands, there is no service.
No service means when they file a notice of 'Proof of Service' form or 'due diligence of service' with the court to
legitimize a trial date for the court calendar, it is considered a fraudulent act and contempt of court if this procedure is circumvented.
There is no such thing as 'Electronic Service' in American civil or criminal justice. Even their calling and telling you about a case is 'illegal', and subject to prosecutorial activity. All Civil and criminal court matters are addressed in person by a court representative or in writing only.
The courts need that paper trail, they never work any other way. These criminals who call with this scam are too stupid to realize most people are somewhat familiar with court procedures, so unless there's a knock on your door by someone holding legitimate court documents for you
with your name correctly spelled and a trial date clearly indicated, ignore or challenge all calls. ( Being careful not to divulge any information as to who you are and where you are located. Any scrap of information you divulge can be used to further their aim )
