A man named Charles called from "something" Vanburg, Chase and Associates regarding a civil matter that was placed on my son. He is to call and give his statement so he won't have to appear before a judge. My caller ID shows the above number, but the number Charles gave for the return call was 404-249-1099 X3031. He also receive an automated call several times in August and was given the number 888-470-0020 to call. At that time he was given a case number.
So I get a call from this woman from this number - she called me and ask for "part" of my name - for the sake of privacy let's say my last name Judy Von Trapp - she asked for Judy Trapp I told her I was Judy Von Trapp she said no I am looking for Ms. TRAPP. I again stated who I was and she said - well ma'am if you are not Judy Trapp I can't speak with you. I told her you are right then I am not Judy Trapp - she then apologized for disturbing me and hung up.
She's gonna be collector of the month!
Charles from Vanburg,Chase & Associates calling asking for me and without a reply rattling off my social security number. un believable. calling from 330.315.1161 ip address 196.226.22.57 404.249.1099 and 888.470.0020.
He was very unprofessional and demanding and then after our conversation proceeded to call all my family members demanding response back after I had just spoke with him. I called back asked for his supervisor Mrs. Moore is her name after I explained what had happened and confronted her with proper protocol to use while collecting a debt....what they are doing is a form of harrassment. I filed a complaint and her response was to talk with charles but then after the end of conversation she started to act just like him and didnt even listen to my complaint and started to act like a bill collector with me....File a police report ...you have rights even though you owe a debt ..it does not give them the right to harrass...threathen and abuse telecommunication information and family phone numbers. I am not answering any of there phone calls anymore since they are not civil or professional. I will deal with them legally thorugh the courts.
america you do have rights! use them - stand firm, because what they are doing is consider abuse of the system.

Call from this number today said they were a locksmiths. Company I say who and the guy said oh must be wrong number then they called back again and I asked who they were the same guy gave me a different company hmm sounds vert scam to me
