Prox-Air has called us for over a year and sent bills over a balance we paid them months ago. However, when we have reached their office they say we have a 0 balance. We have told the caller to cease and desist and threatened lawsuit, but they still call using this number. Is there any way you can disconnect this line? I have blocked them from mine.
