they was talking to me and i was acting as if i wasn't there but they sayed they are central education and i ask them to leave a message they hung up

I have been called from this number and there was just breathing. I've tried calling back but this person will not answer

I used to get about 5 calls a day from them. Just call your phone carrier and ask them to block that number. They should do it without question.

This number honestly calls me like once every half hour. It's ridiculous. I have never answered, thinking they'd just stop calling, but that's certainly not the case.

i just got a call from this number. they asked me a bunch of questions about my schooling. like what year i graduated high school and if i was in college. i answered but not like i cared becuase my really good friend likes to prank call me so i thought it was her. the chick on the phone only asked me those 2 questions then said okay thank you, sorry for the inconvenienced call, have a good day. then hung up before i could say anything.
