Pay pal scam trying to get me to authorize a payment to my account of $270.24 from Canada

They just emailed me with an email scam
Saying I paid 270.00 to the MS society

Hey Cynthia
I had the same email sent to me for $271.45 saying that I had an automatic payment come out for ms patient they gave me a transaction # and a id # what a bunch of [***].
What did you do?
I also had another one a couple of days ago for 30.99 not with PayPal it was someone else didn't give a lot of info just a id #
